What do I need to get started?
Your own domain and a Resend account; all email IO goes over the Resend HTTP API, so there's no SMTP or IMAP to run or maintain.
How does a team collaborate on one mailbox?
Make support@ or sales@ a shared mailbox and grant members access; they share sending, reading, search, drafts, and scheduling, with conversation state synced across the team.
Where does my email data live?
Email metadata and conversations live in your own Postgres, and attachments in the object storage you configure (Aliyun OSS or S3-compatible) — entirely under your control.
